Partial redemption

Most coupons can be spent across several purchases. Redeem ₹12,000 of a ₹20,000 coupon and ₹8,000 stays on your balance until the coupon expires. Each coupon page states whether it allows partial use before you buy.

Coupons have an expiry date shown before purchase. We send reminders as it approaches, but an expired coupon can no longer be redeemed.

TZAP Vouchers can be redeemed only against eligible products and services directly offered by TZAP. They cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to a bank account, transferred to another user, or used at unauthorised third-party merchants.

How does a TZAP Coupon work?

You pay less than the coupon's face value. For example, pay ₹19,000 and receive a coupon worth ₹20,000 to spend on eligible TZAP products and services.

Can I withdraw the coupon amount as cash?

No. A TZAP Coupon is not cash and is not an investment. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account, or transferred to another person. It earns no interest or returns.

Where can I use the coupon?

Only against eligible products and services supplied directly by TZAP. Each coupon lists exactly which products and categories it covers.

Can I use one coupon multiple times?

It depends on the coupon. Some allow partial redemption across several purchases until the balance is exhausted; others are single-use. The coupon page states which applies before you buy.

What happens if the coupon expires?

An expired coupon can no longer be redeemed, and any remaining balance is handled according to the Coupon Redemption Policy in force when you purchased it. We send reminders before expiry.
