TZAP Coupon is a prepaid voucher you buy at a discount and redeem at full value against eligible TZAP products and services.
How does a TZAP Coupon work?
You pay less than the coupon's face value. For example, pay ₹19,000 and receive a coupon worth ₹20,000 to spend on eligible TZAP products and services.
Can I withdraw the coupon amount as cash?
No. A TZAP Coupon is not cash and is not an investment. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account, or transferred to another person. It earns no interest or returns.
Where can I use the coupon?
Only against eligible products and services supplied directly by TZAP. Each coupon lists exactly which products and categories it covers.
Can I use one coupon multiple times?
It depends on the coupon. Some allow partial redemption across several purchases until the balance is exhausted; others are single-use. The coupon page states which applies before you buy.
What happens if the coupon expires?
An expired coupon can no longer be redeemed, and any remaining balance is handled according to the Coupon Redemption Policy in force when you purchased it. We send reminders before expiry.
Is the coupon transferable?
No. Each coupon is linked to the account that purchased it.
Can a coupon be refunded?
Refunds follow the published Refund and Cancellation Policy. Redeemed value cannot be refunded.
How will I receive my coupon code?
Immediately after your payment is verified. The code and its QR appear in your dashboard, and we email you a copy along with your receipt.
